Abstract
Saat ini, masalah limbah telah menjadi perhatian serius di berbagai daerah di Indonesia. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan semakin banyaknya masalah yang memaparkan tentang betapa pengelolaan dan pengolahan limbah belum menjadi perhatian serius bagi sebagian besar industri yang ada di Indonesia. Perkembangan industri tidak berbanding lurus dengan penanganan limbahnya karena pengadaan sarana pengelolaan dan pengolahan limbah masih dianggap mahal dan memberatkan bagi sebagian pelaku industri. Jenis limbah bahan berbahaya dan beracun yang dihasilkan PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk, Pontianak adalah majun, filter oil, kaleng cat, botol kimia, kemasan terkontaminasi, tabung ex freon, lampu, toner + TDI, limbah bahan kimia padat dan cair, oli + solar bekas, serbuk kayu terkontaminasi limbah, aki basah dan aki kering, limbah poliklinik, fly ash dan bottom ash. Pemanfaatan limbah B3 maupun limbah padat non B3 oleh PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk kurang maksimal, dibuktikan dengan tidak adanya limbah yang dimanfaatkan sendiri oleh perusahaan. Limbah B3 fly ash dan bottom ash dapat dimanfaatkan untuk berbagai campuran semen tahan asam, beton dan campuran untuk pembuatan paving blok atau batako dikarenakan jumlah nya yang sangat banyak, namun untuk dapat memanfaatkan limbah nya, terlebih dahulu harus memiliki izin pemanfaatan limbah B3 dari Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup. Sistem pengelolaan limbah B3 maupun limbah padat non B3 telah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan persyaratan dan peraturan yang berlaku, tanpa adanya rekam jejak buruk selama operasional perusahaan berlangsung dan mendapatkan respon yang baik dari masyarakat sekitar. Key word : Limbah B3, Limbah Padat Non B3, Pengelolaan Limbah Nowadays, the problem of waste has become a serious concern in various regions in Indonesia. This is indicated by the increasing number of problems that describe how waste management and processing has not been a serious concern for most industries in Indonesia. Industrial development does not go correspondingly with the waste management because the procurement of waste management and processing facilities is still considered expensive and burdensome for some industry players. The Types of hazardous and toxic waste produced by PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk, Pontianak are majun, filter oil, paint cans, chemical bottles, contaminated packaging, ex freon tubes, lamps, toner + TDI, solid and liquid chemical waste, used oil + diesel oil, contaminated wood dust, wet and dry battery, polyclinic waste, fly ash and bottom ash. The Utilization of B3 waste and non-B3 solid waste by PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk is considered less optimal, proven by the absence of waste utilised by the company itself. B3 waste of fly ash and bottom ash can be used for various mixtures of acid-resistant cement, concrete and mixtures for the manufacture of paving blocks or concrete blocks due to the large amount of it, but before utilize the waste, the company should have permission to use B3 waste from the Ministry of Environment. The B3 waste and non-B3 solid waste management systems have been implemented according to the applicable requirements and regulations, without any bad track record as long as the company's operations take place and get a good response from the surrounding community.
