ANALISIS BIAYA PELAYANAN PEMERIKSAAN HEMATOLOGI DI INSTALASI LBORATORIUM RSUD KEBUMEN TAHUN 2002

Abstract

Dewasa ini berkembang unit penunjang tidak hanya sebagai pusat biaya tetapi sekaligus sebagai pusat pendapatan sehingga setiap biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk memberikan pelayanan harus dihitung dengan benar.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui biaya satuan pelayanan pemeriksaan hematologi instalasi laboratorium berdasarkan kelas perawatan di RSUD Kebumen.Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian studi kasus dengan menghitung kemudian menjelaskan melalui analisis biaya pelayanan pemeriksaan hematologi instalasi laboratorium RSUD Kebumen dengan menggunakan metode distribusi ganda.Biaya satuan untuk masing-masing jenis pemeriksaan kelas VIP adalah: hemoglobin Rp 4.775,79,-, jumlah lekosit Rp 5.181,02,-, jumlah eritrosit Rp 15.846,99,-, laju endap darah Rp 5.788,87,-, hitung jenis lekosit Rp 9.189,3,-, jumlah trombosit Rp 7.235,82,-, waktu perdarahan Rp 7.113,03,-, waktu pembekuan Rp 7.113,03,-, hematokrit Rp 4.549,97,-, retikulosit Rp 11.905,48,-, golongan darah Rp 7.618,14,-, parasit darah Rp 7.134,51,-. Biaya satuan untuk masing-masing jenis pemeriksaan kelas Utama, I dan II adalah: hemoglobin Rp 2.733,98,-, jumlah lekosit Rp 2.476,74,-, jumlah eritrosit Rp 7.893,24,-, laju endap darah Rp 2.785,42,-, hitung jenis lekosit Rp 4.512,27,-, jumlah trombosit Rp 3.468,78,-, waktu perdarahan Rp 2.994,85,-, waktu pembekuan Rp 2.994,85,-, hematokrit Rp 4.549.17,-, retikulosit Rp 8.407,72,-, golongan darah Rp 5.000,- parasit darah Rp 3.983,25,-. Biaya satuan untuk masing-masing jenis pemeriksaan kelas III adalah: hemoglobin Rp 1.293,80,-, jumlah lekosit Rp 1.880,63,-, jumlah eritrosit Rp 5.602,77,-, laju endap darah Rp 1.724,14,-, hitung jenis lekosit Rp 3.808,68,-, jumlah trombosit Rp 3.411,93,-, waktu perdarahan Rp 2.664,46,-, waktu pembekuan Rp 2.664,46,-, hematokrit Rp 3.685,78,-, retikulosit Rp 5.993,99,-, golongan darah Rp 2.859,79,-, parasit darah Rp 3.411,93,-. Terjadi hidden subsidy bagi pasien mampu yang dirawat di kelas VIP oleh pasien tidak mampu yang dirawat di kelas III dan tarif kelas VIP perlu disesuaiakan.
