BEBERAPA FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN PEMANFAATAN PERAWATAN RAWAAT JALAN DI PUSKESMAS GAYAMSARI KOTA SEMARANG

Abstract

Persepsi pasien tentang pemanfataan pelayanan akan berbeda, mereka datang berobat ke Puskesmas dengan harapan akan pelayanan yang diterimanya,dengan tidak terpenuhi harapannya pasien mereka akan berganti ke unit pelayanan yang lain. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan rawat jalan di Puskesmas Gayamsari Kota Semarang. Jenis penelitian, explanatory survey dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel 96 responden, dengan pengambilan sampel secara proporsional random sampling dan secara sampling aksidental dengan kriteriayang telah ditentukan. Alat yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Data yang diperoleh diolah dan dianalisa dengan uji statistik Chi Square. Hasil Uji statistik Chi Square menunujukkan ada hubungan antara : pengetahuan dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan rawat jalan (p=0,013),keterjangkauan fasilitas dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan rawat jalan (p=0,002)persepsi biaya dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan rawat jalan (p=0,002),keluhan sakit dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan rawat jalan (p=0,000). Tidak ada hubungan antara : umur dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan rawat jalan (p=0,336), jenis kelamin dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan rawat jalan (p=1,000), pendidikan dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan rawat jalan (p=0,691), pekerjaan dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan rawat jalan (p=0,242),sikap dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan rawat jalan (p=0,524), pendapatan dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan rawat jalan (p=0,550), kepemilikan asuransi dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan rawat jalan (p=0,835) dan kemudahan transportasi dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan rawat jalan (p=1,000). Berdasarkan hasil di atas disarankan perlu adanya jadwal waktu pemeriksaan oleh tenaga dokter, meningkatkan konerja petugas yang berhubungan dengan pasien, bersikap positif (ramah, bersahabat dan sabar) bersedia memberikan penjelasan tentang keadaan pasien, meningkatkan pelayanan rawat jalan melalui kegiatan Puskesmas Keliling. The purpose of this study is to know the factors that associated with the use of Ambulatory Services in the healt center of Gayamsari in Semarang city. This study is explanatory survey with cross sectional approach. The sum of sampleis 96 respondences that get from proportional random sampling methode and accidental sampling methode with the specific criteria. The instrument that use is quetionare the data that get was processed and analised by chy square statistic. The result of chy square statistic shows that there is the association between : the knowledge of respondens with the use of ambulatory services (p=0,013), the reach out for facilities of respondens with use of ambulatory services (p=0,002) the perception of fee of curing with the use of ambulatory services (p=0,002), the sick with the use of ambulatory services (p=0,000). There is no association between : the age of respondens with the use of ambulatory services (p=0,336), the gender of respondens with the use of ambulatory services (p=1,000), the educational of respondens with the use of ambulatory services (p=0,691), the job of respondens with the use of ambulatory services (p=0,242), the attitude of respondens with the use of ambulatory services (p=0,524), the income of respondens with the use of ambulatory services (p=0,550), the assurance awnership of respondens with the use of ambulatory services (p=0,835) and the simplity of transportation with the use of ambulatory services (p=1,000). According to the result, we suggest the importance of time schedule of doctor job, in creasing the dedication of work the medis crew to the patien's positif thinking (hospitality, friendship and pationate).
