Abstract

Keluan pasien terhadap pelayanan perawat di Instalasi Rawat Inap (IRNA) RSUD Kota Semarang menduduki peringkat 5 besar. Survai awal terhadap 10 perawat di Instalasi Rawat Inap RSUD Kota Semarang tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja perawat didapatkan bahwa faktor paling dominan yang mempengaruhi kinerja perawat Instalasi Rawat Inap adalah motivasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi kerja perawat dengan kinerja perawat di Instalasi Rawat Inap (IRNA) RSUD Kota Semarang. Jenis penelitian ini adalahexplanatory survey,cara pendekatan yang digunakan adalahcross sectional study. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Maret sampai September 2003. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua perawat yang bertugas di Instalasi Rawat Inap IRNA RSUD Kota Semarang. Sampel penelitian adalah seluruh populasi yaitu sejumlah 57 perawat. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara langsung dengan responden menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan analitik menggunakan uji product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui uji korelasi Product Moment(Pearson) diperoleh tingkat signifikansi hubungan kedua variabel<0.00 yaitu sebesar 0.000 dengan nilai r= 0.850. Dari 57 perawat di IRNA RSUD sebanyak 3 (5.3%) yang memiliki motivasi rendah dan kinerja tinggi. Sedang sebagian besar perawat di IRNA RSUD Kota Semarang memiliki motivasi dan kinerja yang rendah yaitu sejumlah 29(50.9%). Dari hasil penelitian dan pembahasan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa antara motivasi dan kinerja perawat terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan. Sedangkan tingkat hubungannyasangat kuat (nilai r diantara 0.80-1.000). Disarankan perlu adanya penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kinerja perawat di InstalasiRawat Inap (IRNA) RSUD Kota Semarang. According to Kopelmen that the significant factor influence performance is a motivation with nurse performance in Take care of To lodge Installation (IRNA) RSUD of Semarang. This research type is explanatory survey, the way of approach is used by cross sectional study. Research eas done in March until September 2003. The research population is all nuirses who working in Take care of To lodge Installation (IRNA) RSUD of Semarang. A research sampling is all population that is a number of 57 nurses. Data collecting pass through direct interview with responder using kuesioner. Data analysed descriptively and analytic use test of product moment. Result of research indicate that by means of the correlation test of Product Moment (Pearson) obtained by significant relation level both of variable < 0.01 that is equal to 0.000 with value of r= 0.850. From 57 nurse in IRNA RSUD have 3 (5.3%) owning low motivation and high performance. While most nurse in IRNA RSUD of Semarang have low performance and motivation is a number of 29 (50.9%). And result of solution and research hence can be concluded that between a motivation and nurse performance there are positive correlation and significant. While its the strong correlation level (value r between 0.80-1.000). Suggested to need the existence of research of further abaut the factors related to nurse performance in Take care of TO lodge Installation (IRNA) RSUD of Semarang.
