Abstract

There are tendency of growing of urbanization current up at urban areas-including the town of Semarang as area of target society. Requirement of various social facility to society represent the part of policy planning of urban area development which must be considered. Requirement of housing will represent one of special priority in provision and public servicing which must be anticipated by government. Availability of settlement in development of city planning in various towns in lndonesia, also in town of Semarang represent one of the problem of which not yet earned to be overcome better.
