Undergraduate Thesis, Japanese Language and Culture, Faculty of Humanity, Diponegoro University. Thesis advisor Budi Mulyadi, S.Pd, M.Hum. This thesis discusses "Inner Conflict of Main Figures in Anime" Doraemon Stand By Me ". The purpose of this study is to describe the film's narrative elements and inner conflicts that occur in the main character, Nobita. The data I use is sourced from the anime "Doraemon Stand By Me". The author uses the literature study method in collecting the required data. Then, the analysis of narrative film elements and inner conflict is carried out using the theory of film narrative elements and psychoanalytic theory. Based on data analysis, it was concluded that the inner conflict experienced by Nobita was an emotional struggle in young people. Nobita's emotional instability triggers inner conflict. Inner conflicts that occur to Nobita are often resolved by following the actions of the superego. Keywords: Doraemon Stand By Me, inner conflict, psychoanalysis.
