Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analysis the effect of transformational leadership style on affective commitment and normative commitment, with trust in leaders as mediating variable at PT. PLN (Persero) Distribution of Central Java and Special Region of Yogyakarta using nonprobability sampling techniques. The sample in this research amounting to 123 respondents from 209 employee at PT. PLN (persero) Distribution Central Java and D. I. Yogyakarta. This research has six hypotheses. Analytical tool used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM). The result shows that transformational leadership style have positive and significant influence on trust in leaders, affective commitment, and normative commitment. Trust in leaders mediating between transformational leadership style on affective commitment and normative commitment.
