Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect employee productivity. This study uses three independent variables there are compensation, health and work discipline related to its impact on employee productivity. This study uses quantitative methods with data analysis methods such as validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, partial test, simultaneous test, and coefficient regression test. While the data collection method of this study using questionnaires then 120 employees as respondents on the research questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that health and work discipline have a effect on employee productivity at PT. Pijar Sukma Jepara. Based on coefficient regression test, the independent variables are explain employee productivity by 37,6%. While the rest, 62,4% could be influenced by the other variables that aren’t selected.
