Abstract
ABSTRACT Eko Arsetyanto The Description of Enforcement Accurancy of Nursing Diagnosis (NANDA-I) Comfortable Pain Disorders in Kraton Hospital Pekalongan Regency xiii + 48 Pages + 4 Tabels + 2 Figures + 13 Appendixes Comfort needs become one of the most important needs for each individual, especially for patients who are hospitalized. If the comfort needs is fulfilled, then the patient will be able to feel the well-being of his life. Enforcement of nursing diagnoses of comfortable feeling disorders is found in the patient's medical records so it needs to be studied more deeply. The purpose of this study was to examine the description of nursing diagnoses (NANDA-I) Comfortable Pain Disorders in Kraton Hospital Pekalongan Regency. Methods of data collection use descriptive research design with sample 96 documentation. Collecting data use research instruments in the form of observation sheets that were made by the researchers themselves and expert tests have been carried out. To analyze data of spiritual needs, the study used distribution of frequency and percentage, while the measurement results used on the observation sheet (0 = No; 1 = Yes). The results of this study indicate that the subjective data that is found in the documentation of patients with nursing diagnoses (NANDA-I) Comfort Pain Disorder is complaining of nausea, which is as much as 75 documentation (78.1%). Whereas for objective data is to show symptoms of distress (cold sweat, increased pulse), which is as much as 18 documentation (18.8%). The conclusions of this study indicate that the enforcement of nursing diagnoses (NANDA-I) Comfort Sense Disorders has not been fully enforced in accordance with predetermined characteristics.
