NASKAH AN-NŪRUL-MUBĪNU FI I’TIQADI KALIMĀTI ASY-SYAHĀDATAINI KARYA MUHAMMAD SALEH SARBINI SYAKIR (SUNTINGAN TEKS DAN KAJIAN PRAGMATIK)

Abstract

The Script of An-Nūrul-Mubīnu Fi I’tiqadi Kalimāti Asy-Syahādataini (ANMFIKAS) which is the material object of this research is the manuscript stored at National Library of the Republic of Indonesia (PNRI), Jakarta by manuscript code ML 189. This research was conducted as an effort to save the manuscript in maintaining the integrity of the contents contained in it. Then a philological step is needed to present and interpret the text. Several stages of research, conducted by researcher before analyze the contents of the text, involve: inventory of manuscripts, descriptions of text, transliteration, and edits to textual criticism. Some of these stages, especially the transliteration and text editing stages are done to be able to understand the content of the full text. Therefore, this study uses philological theory which is used as a basis for editing. Through this step, data is obtained to analyze pragmatically. The result of this research showed that there are three pragmatic value that is religius function, education function, and historical function. The function of the religion contained in it, is related to the Oneness of Allah swt. Then, the function of education provides knowledge also shapes atitudes and personalities including spiritual and physical. Besides that, the function of history tells the history of the journey of the Prophet Muhammad saw. as a messenger of Allah swt. starting from his birth to his death.
