RESISTENSI TOKOH DINAYA DALAM CERPEN “SEPASANG MATA DINAYA YANG TERPENJARA” KARYA NI KOMANG ARIANI (SEBUAH KAJIAN KRITIK SASTRA FEMINIS LIBERAL)

Short story “Sepasang Mata Dinaya yang Terpenjara” tells about matchmaking that makes household life isn’t good. Dinaya is the main female character in this short story, she never gets freedom in her lift. Dinaya always oppressed by her husband and her parents attitude. She can’t work outside the home, she only can work as a housewife who has to do homework and serve her husband, with that condition, she moves to change her life according to her mind. The purpose this study to describe link between elements in the short story “Sepasang Mata Dinaya yang Terpenjara”, describe the from of oppression patriarchy in short stories, and describe the from of Dinaya resistance to struggles liberal feminist. The method that use is the library method by reading and observe attentively. Analysis data uses sequential, structural, and liberal feminist literary criticism. Sequence theory used to determine the unit of story content in short stories, the theory of structure limited to character-characterization, plot-distribution, and setting or background to know characteristic and factor of figure characteristic frames. Liberal feminist literary criticism theory and also used to examine the oppression and resistance of the female as main character in the short story “Sepasang Mata Dinaya yang Terpenjara”. The results of the liberal feminist literary criticism analysis in the short story “Sepasang Mata Dinaya yang Terpenjara” can conclude that the main female figure try to resistance for herself to change the existing situation. This Dinaya ways to be free from family oppression are opposing and facing toward. Keywords: Short stories, literature study, structure, feminist liberal, resistance.
