VARIAN LEKSIKON BAHASA BETAWI DI TANGERANG RAYA

Suryadi, M.Hum., and the second supervisor, Dra. Sri Puji Astuti, M.Pd. This study aims (1) to describe lexicon variants and the spread of the lexicon variants of Betawi Language in Tangerang Raya. (2) To describe borrowed lexicon of Sundanese Language by Betawi Language which spreaded in Tangerang Raya. (3) To describe cluster form of Betawi Language in Tangerang Raya. This type of research is a qualitative research. The sampling is conducted in six sub-districts, they are Ciputat Sub-district, Serpong Sub-district, North Serpong Sub-district, Pinang Sub-district, Neglasari Sub-district, and Teluk Naga Sub-district. The data collection is done by using simak and skill method. The method of data analysis that writer used is a qualitative descriptive method. The result of analysis is presented in formal and unformal way. The result of this research are (1) lexicon variant of Betawi Language in Tangerang Raya has two type of forms which are the inovation form and the characteristics form. The distribution of the lexicon variant spreaded sporadicly and especially for the inovation form, is found spreaded most at 5th point of observation. The lexicon spatial distribution is grouped by the number of lexicons that distributed at six observation points, which is the distribution of the lexicon at five points of observation, at four points of observation, at three points of observation, at two points of observation, and at one point of observation. (2) The borrowed lexicon of Sundanese Language by Betawi Language in Tangerang Raya has four type of forms, which are the identic borrowed lexcion, the borrowed Sundanese Language morphological process, the borrowed Sundanese Language phonemic process, and the inovation form. (3) Betawi Language of Tangerang Raya has 15 kind of cluster form, which are [cl], [pr], [kl], [tl], [kw], [bl], [gl], [pl], [br], [gr], [ηg], [nj], [nc], [mp], and [mb].
