Abstract
Universitas Diponegoro Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Program Studi Magister Ilmu Kesehatan Masyarakat Konsentrasi Administrasi Rumah Sakit 2018 ABSTRAK Hidayat Waluyo Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transaksional terhadap Kinerja dan Kepuasan Perawat pada Layanan Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Umum Puri Asih Salatiga. XV + 123 halaman + 19 tabel + 4 gambar + 5 lampiran Faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi baik buruknya kinerja karyawan salah satunya adalah gaya kepemimpinan. Keberhasilan dan kegagalan suatu perusahaan ditentukan oleh kepemimpinan, bentuk kepemimpinan yang efektif akan berdampak pada kemajuan perusahaan Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah gaya kepemimpinan transaksional memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja dan kepuasan kerja sebagai intervining, pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja perawat RSU. Puri Asih Salatiga. Populasi yang digunakan adalah perawat rawat inap sebanyak 60 orang. Analisa data dengan SEM (Structure Equation Modeling) pengujian dilakukan dengan software smart PLS. Hasil yang didapat pada penelitian ini: (1) Gaya kepemimpinan transaksional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, (2) Gaya kepemimpinan transaksional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) Kepuasan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, (4) Gaya kepemimpnan transaksional tidak bepengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan sebagai intervining. Saran menggunakan sistem remunerasi agar kepuasan tercapai lebih baik. The success of a company is determined by leadership. A form of effective leadership leads to a company’s gains. This study aimed at identifying a transactional leadership style and its influence towards work performance. Work satisfaction was as an intervening variable. The influence of work satisfaction towards work performance of nurses at Puri Asih Public Hospital in Salatiga. Number of samples were 60 nurses working at an inpatient unit. Data analysis used Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) performed using a software of smart PLS. The results of this research were as follows: (1) the transactional leadership style significantly positively influenced work satisfaction; (2) the transactional leadership style significantly positively influenced employees’ work performance; (3) work satisfaction did not influence work performance; (4) the transactional leadership style did not influence employees’ work performance through satisfaction as an intervening variable. As suggestion, there needs to use a system of remuneration in order to improve work satisfaction.
