Abstract

Abstrak Berdasarkan hasil pemantauan yang pernah dilakukan oleh Direktorat Rehabilitasi Lahan dan Perhutanan Sosial bahwa DAS Garang adalah salah satu DAS terkritis dari 108 DAS yang tergolong sangat kritis di Indonesia. Perubahan pola pemanfaatan lahan menjadi lahan pertanian, tegalan dan permukiman serta meningkatnya aktivitas akan memberikan dampak terhadap kondisi hidrologis DAS Garang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai beban pencemaran limbah pertanian (sawah) berdasarkan perubahan lahan pertanian (sawah) tahun 2006, 2012 dan 2017 di DAS Garang. Parameter yang dianalisis yaitu Nitrat dan Fosfat. Estimasi perhitungan beban polutan untuk daerah aliran sungai pada penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi BASINS dengan model PLOAD (Pollutant Loading Estimator). Hasil penelitian menunjukan keterkaitan perubahan luas lahan terhadap nilai beban pencemaran yang dihasilkan. Pada tahun 2006 hingga 2017 mengalami penurunan beban pencemaran nitrat dan fosfat pertanian (sawah). Tahun 2012 hingga tahun 2017 tidak mengalami penurunan beban pencemaran nitrat dan fosfat yang besar dikarenakan penurunan lahan pertanian pada tahun 2012 hingga 2017 tidak mengalami penurunan yang besar. Sedangkan tahun 2006 hingga 2012 mengalami penurunan lahan pertanian (sawah) yang cukup besar sehingga perubahan nilai beban pencemaran juga mengalami penurunan yang besar. Kata kunci: beban pencemaran, perubahan lahan, PLOAD, lahan pertanian, DAS Garang Abstract [Analysis the Effect of Agriculture Land Changes on the Agriculture Wastewater Pollution Load Using PLOAD Model (Case Study: Garang Watershed)] Based on the results of monitoring conducted by the Directorate of Land Rehabilitation and Social Forestry, Garang watershed is one of the most critical watersheds out of 108 watersheds classified as very critical in Indonesia. Changes in the pattern of land use into agricultural land, moor, and settlements and increased activity will have an impact on Garang watershed hydrological conditions. This study aims to determine the value of the load of agricultural (rice fields) waste pollution based on changes in agricultural (rice fields) land in 2006, 2012, and 2017 in Garang watershed. Parameters analyzed were Nitrate and Phosphate. Estimation of the calculation pollutant load for the watershed in this study used BASINS with PLOAD (Pollutant Loading Estimator) model. The results of the study show the relationship of changes in land area to the value of the pollution load produced. In 2006 to 2017 there was a decrease in the load of agricultural (rice fields) nitrate and phosphate pollution. Year 2012 to 2017 did not experience a large decrease in nitrate and phosphate pollution due to the decline in agricultural land in 2012 to 2017 not being very large. Whereas in 2006 to 2012 there was a significant decline in agricultural (rice fields) land so that changes in the value of pollution loads also experienced a large decline.
