Abstract

ABSTRAK Untuk mengatasi gangguan dibutuhkan sistem proteksi. Sistem proteksi dapat mengamankan peralatan dari kerusakan dan juga mengisolasi section atau zona saat terjadi gangguan. Contoh perlatan proteksi adalah PMT, Recloser, Fuse Cut Out, Sectionalizer dll. Saklar Seksi Otomatis/SSO (Sectinoalizer) adalah peralatan pengaman arus lebih dipasang bersama-sama dengan Recloser yang berfungsi sebagai pengaman back up nya. Dalam tugas akhir ini dibuat alat simulasi untuk mengetahui prinsip kerja Saklar Seksi Otomatis/SSO (Sectinoalizer) menggunakan relay OMRON MY2N 12 V, sensor arus ACS712, dan berbasis Arduino Mega 2560 sebagai pusat pengendali keseluruhan rangkaian. Setting arus pada Recloser dan Saklar Seksi Otomatis/SSO (Sectinoalizer) adalah 1,9 Ampere dan 0,6 Ampere. Pada alat ini Recloser disetting 1 kali reclose atau 2 kali Count to Lock Out maka SSO disetting 1 kali Count to Lock-Out dengan beban normal berupa lampu 5 W 12 V dan gangguan berupa resistor. Setelah dilakukan percobaan, hasil yang diperoleh adalah relay tidak akan bekerja ketika beban normal dengan nilai arus 1,32 A dan 0,44 A , hal ini karena nilai arus tidak melebihi setting. Relay bekerja ketika nilai I Recloser dan Saklar Seksi Otomatis/SSO (Sectinoalizer) berada pada nilai 1,93 A dan 1,14 A. Kemudian Recloser 1 kali reclose maka Saklar Seksi Otomatis/SSO (Sectinoalizer) akan Lepas/ Open. Ketika SSO bekerja maka gangguan hubung singkat akan diisolasi. Hal ini menandakan alat simulasi berhasil. Kata kunci : Back Up, Count to Lock Out, Recloser, Sectionalizer ABSTRACT To overcome the interference, a protection system is needed. The protection system can secure equipment from damage and also isolate the section or zone when a fault occurs. Examples of protection equipment are PMT, Recloser, Fuse Cut Out, Sectionalizer etc. Automatic Section Switch / SSO (Sectinoalizer) is an overcurrent safety equipment installed together with the Recloser which serves as a safety back up. In this final project, a simulation tool is used to determine the working principle of SSO (Sectinoalizer) Automatic Section Switch using the MYRN MYRN 12R relay, ACS712 current sensor, and Arduino Mega 2560 based on the overall control center of the circuit. The current setting of the Recloser and Automatic Section / SSO (Sectinoalizer) Switch is 1.9 Ampere and 0.6 Ampere. In this tool the Recloser is set to 1 time reclose or 2 times Count to Lock Out then the SSO is set 1 time Count to Lock-Out with a normal load in the form of a 5 W 12 V lamp and a resistor in the form of a resistor. After the experiment, the results obtained are that the relay will not work when the load is normal with current values of 1.32 A and 0.44 A, this is because the current value does not exceed the setting. The relay works when the value of the I Recloser and the Automatic Section / SSO (Sectinoalizer) Switch is at a value of 1.93 A and 1.14 A. Then the Recloser recalls the Automatic Section / SSO (Sectinoalizer) Switch. When SSO works, the short circuit will be isolated. This indicates that the simulation tool was successful.
