Abstract

ABSTRAK Manuver jaringan distribusi adalah kegiatan modifikasi terhadap operasi normal akibat dari adanya gangguan atau pekerjaan jaringan yang membutuhkan pemadaman tenaga listrik. Manuver juga dapat diartikan sebagai kegiatan atau pekerjaan pengalihan atau pelimpahan beban baik sebagian maupun seluruh penyulang ke penyulang lain yang bersifat sementara dengan menutup (memasukkan) atau membuka (melepas) peralatan – peralatan penghubung. Sedangkan Overload Shedding proses pelepasan beban terpilih secara sengaja dari sistem listrik dalam menanggapi kondisi abnormal dalam rangka mempertahankan integritas sisa sistem. Alat ini khusus untuk mengatasi beban lebih dan bekerja akibat kenaikan arus yang melebihi suatu batas tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan simulasi kondisi pada saat normal, Automatic Load Shedding serta manuver jaringan guna menghindari Overload Shedding. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menunjukkan bahwa demi menjaga kehandalan jaringan maka selagi beban masih bisa dilakukan pelimpahan beban maka lebih baik menghindari overload shedding dan beban yang ada di jaringan tidak padam. Kata Kunci: Manuver jaringan, overload shedding, Kehandalan. ABSTRACT Distribution network maneuvers are modification activities for normal operations due to disturbances or network work that requires power outages. Maneuvering can also be interpreted as an activity or work of transferring or transferring loads both partially and all feeders to other feeders that are temporary in nature by closing or opening equipment - connecting equipment. Whereas Overload Shedding processes the deliberate removal of selected load from the electrical system in response to abnormal conditions in order to maintain the remaining system integrity. This tool is specifically to overcome the overload and work due to an increase in current that exceeds a certain limit. This study aims to provide a simulation of normal conditions, Automatic Load Shedding and network maneuvers to avoid Shedding Overload. In this study aims to show that in order to maintain network reliability, while the load can still be carried out overloading, it is better to avoid overload shedding and the load on the network is not extinguished.
