Abstract

ABSTRAK Panel RTU (Remote Terminal Unit) adalah tempat untuk merakit RTU dengan peralatan integrasi RTU seperti Digital Input/Output Board, Rele, Terminal Block dan lain-lain. RTU dipasang didalam panel yang dihubungkan dengan peralatan Digital Input/Output Board dalam menjalankan kegunaannya sebagai kontrol dan status pada panel outgoing 20 kV. Didalam panel outgoing 20 kV terdapat komponen elektronika yang bekerja secara terus menerus, salah satu contohnya adalah meter energi. komponen yang bekerja secara terus menerus, dikhawatirkan komponen tersebut mengalami ‘jenuh’ atau hang sehingga perlu dilakukan suatu tindakan berupa reset power komponen elektronika. Reset Power akan membuat komponen elektronika me-restart ulang sistemnya. Karena belum adanya reset power yang praktis dan mudah, maka dari itu dibutuhkan sebuah kontrol baru berupa kontrol reset power. Guna meningkatkan keamanan pada outgoing 20 kV perlu dilakukan optimalisasi RTU dalam segi pembacaan statu. Pembacaan status akan ditambah status Earth Switch (ESW) dan status Rackin-Rackout (Rin-Rout). Serta penambahan sistem interlock pada panel outgoing 20 kV dimana PMT bisa di control open maupun control close jika posisi grounding dan Rack In-Out memenuhi syarat interlock tersebut. Interlock dibuat agar keamanan dalam pekerjaan pemeliharaan atau perbaikan semakin terjaga. Optimalisasi panel RTU ini dapat menghindari kerusakan komponen-komponen elektronika dan sistem interlock untuk meningkatkan keamanan dalam pekerjaan atau pemeliharaan di panel outgoing 20 kV. Announciator akan mempermudah mengetahui kondisi status terkini panel outgoing 20 kV. Selain itu, penggunaan Inteligent Electronic Device Power Meter ION 6200 akan mempermudah pengukuran besaran-besaran listrik. Keyword : Announciator, Control, Panel RTU, SCADA, Status. ABSTRACT The RTU panel (Remote Terminal Unit) is the place to assemble RTU’s with RTU integration tools such as Digital Input / Output Board, Relays, Terminal Block and others. The RTU is installed inside the panel connected with the Digital Input / Output Board equipment in performing its usability as a control and status. In the 20 kV outgoing panel there are electronics components that work continuously, one example is the energy meter. components that work continuously, are concerned, the component, 'saturated' or suspended, action needs to be done, and reset the power of the electronic component. Reset Power will make the electronic components restart the system. Because there is no power reset that is practical and easy, therefore the required power control. In order to increase the spirit at out 20 kV need to be optimized RTU in terms of reading statu. Read status will be added Earth Switch status (ESW) and Rackin-Rackout status (Rin-Rout). And an additional interlock system on the 20 kV outgoing panel where the PMT can control openly as well as control if grounding and Rack InOut meet the interlock. Interlocks are made in-surface or stored in a better agar. Optimizing these RTU panels can damage electronic components and interlock systems to improve security in 20 kV panels. Announciator will make it easier to know the status of the last panel status out 20 kV. In addition, the use of Intel PowerPoint Electronic Device Power Meter ION 6200 will facilitate the measurement of electrical quantities. Keyword : Announciator, Control, RTU’s panel, SCADA, Status.
