Abstract

ABSTRAK Seiring dengan perkembangan rumah-rumah di Indonesia pada saat ini, maka dibangun fasilitas rumah dengan teknologi yang maju untuk menunjang kebutuhan hidup sehari-hari. Salah satu kebutuhan hidup manusia di dalam rumah tidak terlepas dari mandi. Umumnya, masyarakat yang sakit, tidak suka air dingin, dan ingin memanjakan tubuh perlu air hangat ataupun panas. Berkenaan dengan hal tersebut, masyarakat memasak air dengan takaran tertentu lalu memasaknya di atas kompor dengan waktu yang cukup lama. Penggunaan kompor untuk memasak air seringkali terjadi kecerobohan yang mengakibatkan kebakaran rumah akibat lupa mematikan kompor. Selain itu, beberapa kali ditemukan tandon air yang terisi penuh sehingga terjadi pemborosan air. Untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut, dirancang prototype (miniatur) sistem pemanas air yang mampu mengontrol dan memonitoring kondisi tersebut menggunakan alat Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). Air yang sudah mendidih seringkali ditambahkan air dingin agar sesuai dengan kondisi normal tubuh manusia. Juga tidak banyak air yang diterbuang saat menyalakan pompa air karena sudah terpasang sensor sehingga sistem pemanas air ini ramah lingkungan. Dalam project Tugas Akhir ini di rancang Human Machine Interface yang fungsinya sebagai controlling dan monitoring pemanas air tersebut. Software Vijeo Designer digunakan untuk mendesain perangkat lunak aplikasi ini. Selanjutnya semua informasi mengenai level ketinggian air, kondisi suhu, grafik suhu, dan kondisi hidup/mati alat ini d itampilkan pada perangkat HMI untuk mempermudah proses controlling dan monitoring sistem pemanas air ini secara realtime. One of the needs of human life in the house can not be separated from bathing. Generally, people who are sick, do not like cold water, and want to pamper the body needs warm or hot water. In this regard, people cook water with a certain amount and cook it on the stove for a long time. The use of stoves for water cooking is often a carelessness that resulted in house fires due to forgetting to turn off the stove. In addition, several times found the water reservoir is fully filled so that the waste of water occurs. To solve the problem, designed a prototype (miniature) water heating system that is able to control and monitor the condition using Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) tool. Boiling water is often added cold water to fit the normal condition of the human body. Also not a lot of water that diterbuang when turning on the water pump because it has installed the sensor so that the water heater system is environmentally friendly. In this Final Project in the design of Human Machine Interface whose function as controlling and monitoring of water heater. Vijeo Designer Software is used for designing this application software. Furthermore, all information on the water level, temperature, temperature, and life / dead conditions of this device is displayed on HMI devices to facilitate the process of controlling and monitoring of this water heater system in real-time.
