Abstract
Ekstraksi merupakan proses pemisahan dan isolasi zat dari suatu zat dengan penambahan pelarut tertentu untuk mengeluarkan komponen campuran dari zat padat atau zat cair. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan ekstraksi alkaloid dan flavonoid dari daun pandan wangi untuk mengetahui kadar alkaloid dan flavonoid yang terkandung dalam daun pandan wangi. Ekstraksi alkaloid dan flavonoid dilakukan menggunakan ekstraktor hidrothermal dengan memotong daun pandan 1 cm lalu di blender kemudian di ekstraksi dengan pelarut aquadest. Tujuan ekstraksi daun pandan wangi untuk mengetahui suhu dan waktu optimum dalam suatu variabel ekstrak yang baik untuk mereduksi alkaloid dan flavonoid daun pandan wangi. Variabel yang digunakan yaitu suhu (50 o C dan 60 o C) dan waktu (20, 40, 60 menit). Kadar alkaloid optimum pada suhu 50 O C dan waktu 60 menit sebesar 3,09% dan kadar flavonoid optimum pada suhu 50 O C dan waktu 40 menit sebesar 4,41%. ABSTRACT Extraction is the process of separation and isolation of substances a substance with the addition of certain solvents to remove the components of a mixture of solid or liquid substances. This research was conducted on the extraction of alkaloids and flavonoids from the leaves of pandan wangi to know the levels of alkaloids and flavonoids contained in the leaves of pandan wangi. The extraction of alkaloids and flavonoids is done using the extractor hydrothermal by cutting pandan leaves in a blender then 1 cm then in extraction with solvent aquadest. The purpose of the extraction of scented pandan leaves to find out the optimum time and temperature in a given variable to extract good for reduction of alkaloids and flavonoids scented pandan leaves. Variables used i.e. temperature (50 o C and 60 o C) and time (20, 40, 60 minutes). Optimum levels of alkaloids at 50 o C temperature and time of 60 minutes of 3.09% and optimum levels of flavonoids on temperature of 50 o C and time of 40 minutes of 4.41%.
