Abstract

Local Authonomy era gives rights and obligations broader to local government in increasing public servicing and deve loping society based on local government aspirations. That phenomenon push of creating broader opportunity into autonomy of local area in providing government budgeting in its development programs. Integrated Servicing Unit (UPT) of Semarang City is formed to fulfill the need of society in re ceiving public servicing better, preventing the red tape pro cedures in giving facilities to investors in local areas.
