PENGANGKATAN ANAK MENURUT HUKUM ADAT PADA MASYARAKAT YANG BERAGAMA ISLAM (MENGKRITISI TEORI RECEPTIO IN COMPLEXU)

Abstract

Formulation of Reception in Complexu Theory stated that Adat Law of society is belong to the law of religious their belongs. That theory tends not to be accepted uniformly by some Adat Law Experts. In the case of certaint Adat Law community where its mem bers are Moslem, receive child adoption institution. But in other Adat community some of the members can not receive child adopt ion institution totally, it is because of the influence of Moslem Princi ples they belongs.
