Pengaruh Metode Pengangkutan, Kondisi Peralatan dan Mesin, dan Kinerja Karyawan terhadap Kinerja Material Handling (Studi pada PT KA Logistik Semarang dan Purwokerto (Produk Semen))

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problems experienced by PT KA Logistik, namely the damage to the cement packaging that occurs when material removal is carried out. This problem occurs not only once or twice, but almost every day. This problem indicates the existence of things that are not working well related to the performance of material removal (material handling). This study aims to determine the effect of transportation methods, equipment and machine conditions, and employee performance on material handling performance. The population of this study were all employees of PT KA Logistik Semarang and Purwokerto who handled the transfer of cement products from PT Indocement Tunggal Perkasa. This study examines the entire population as many as 46 respondents. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that all research hypotheses can be accepted. Which means transportation methods, equipment and machine conditions, and employee performance have a positive effect on material handling performance.
