Abstract
This study aims to provide an explanation and provide answers to the contradictions of previous research on organizational awareness with team performance, and the phenomenon of low productivity and business competitiveness in electronics companies in Central Java. Data analysis in this study using the technique of Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis using IBM SPSS AMOS 21 software. The population used in this study is all employees who joined the work team in 31 electronics companies in Central Java that is 560 employees while the sample used is as many as 266 employees with purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of studies in the study there are seven causal relationships proposed. The results of statistical tests on the first hypothesis that the stronger organizing awareness influences to the higher generating circle of proactive ideas and acceptable is shown by the parameter value estimation of 0.184 which shows a positive relationship and significant effect due to CR value of 2.351 and significance value of 0.019. In the fifth hypothesis which states that the stronger the generator circle of proactive ideas influences to the higher proven and acceptable team performance is shown with the parameter value estimation of 0.180 which shows the positive relationship and significant effect because the CR value is 4,265 and the significance value of 0.001. Based on these results it can be concluded that the generating circle of proactive idea is able to mediate the relation of the causality of the organizational awareness variable to the team's performance in the electronics company in Central Java at a significance level of 5% alpha
