SURVEI TEMPAT PERINDUKAN NYAMUK Aedes spp DI KELURAHAN NGEMPLAK SIMONGAN KECAMATAN SEMARANG BARAT KOTA SEMARANG TAHUN 2004

Abstract

Penyakit demam berdarah dengue (DBD) merupakan penyakit yang masih merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat di Kota Semarng dan makin luas penyebarannya. Angka Bebas jentik (ABJ) tahun 2002 di Kota Semarang masih dibawah angka nasional 95% (86,74%). Dalam penelitian ini penulis ingin mengatahui tempat perindukan nyamuk Aedes spp di Kelurahan Ngemplak Simongan Kecamatan Semarang Barat Kota Semarang Tahun 2004. JEnis penelitian adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah rumah yang berada di wilayah Kelurahan Ngemplak Simongan Kecamatan Semarang barat. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 92 rumah. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan simpel random sampling. variabel terikat adalah tempat perindukan/kontainer yang meliputi jenis, bahan dan lokasi. Variabel bebas adalah ada tidaknya jentik (HI, CI, BI). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa House Index (HI) di Kelurahan Ngemplak Simongan Kecamatan Semarang Barat tahun 2004 adalah 65,22%, Angka Bebas Jentik (ABJ) 34,18%, Container Index (CI) 15,81% dan Breteau Index (BI) 1,48. Kontainer yang berfungsi sebagai bak WC yang terbuat dari bahan semen merupakan tempat yang paling disukai oleh nyamuk Aedes spp untuk berkembang biak. Bila dilihat dari hasil penelitian tersebut maka perlu menjaga kebersihan tempat penampungan air (TPA) dengan cara menguras dan menggosok dinding-dinding bagian dalam serta melaksanakan pembarantasan sarang nyamuk (PSN) dengan 3 M (menguras, mengubur, menutup0 minimal satu minggu sekali Kata Kunci: Survei, Tempat perindukan,Aedes spp, Semarang   SURVEY OF BREEDING PLACE OF Aedes spp IN NGEMPLAK SIMONGAN VILLAGE WEST SEMARANG DISTRICT SEMARANG MUNICIPALITY THE YEAR OF 2004 Abstract The Dengue fever disease is a disease that becomes a public health problem in Semarang municipality and getting broader in its spreading. Free mosquito larva value at the year 2002 in Semrang municipality is still under the national secuer value 95% (86,74%). In this research the writer wants to find out the breeding place of Aedes spp in Ngemplak Simongan village West Semarang District, Semarang Municipality in the year of 2004. The kind of the research is desciptive research with a Coss Sectional approachment. The sample of this research are house which are located in Ngemplak Simongan village, West Semarang district. The numbers of sample are 92 house. Choosing the sample is done by simple sandom sampling method. The dependent is the breeding place/container of Aedes spp, including its kind, type and location. The independent variable is the existance of Aedes spp larva (HI. CI. BI). The result of the research shows that the House Index (HI) in Ngemplak Simongan village West Semarang district at the year of 2004 is 65,22%. The Free Mosquito Larva value (ABJ) 34,18%. The container Index (CI) is 15,81% and the Breteau Index (BI) is 1,48. Container functions as a toilet tub which is made of cement material is the loveliest place for the Aedes spp mosquitos to breed. If we observe the result of this research, it shows that it is needed to keep the place of water reservoir slean by depleting the tub and srubbing the inside wall of the tube an also conducting the elimination of mosquitos nest by 3M (menguras, mengubur, menutup/depleting, burrying, closing) minimally once in a week.
