Abstract

Employees who feel they have an attachment to the company will give their best performance and are committed to the company. Some strategies do not have a significant impact on employee performance, but encourage employee attitudes to retention and organizational commitment. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence between talent management, psychological contract, and work-life balance on employee performance with organizational commitment as intervening variable. In this study, data were collected through questionnaires distribution by the number of respondents 82 employees of Hotel Santika Premiere Semarang based on judgment sampling method and data analysis technique through Smart Partial Least Squares (PLS) application program 3.2.7 to know the path coefficients, as well as direct or indirect influence of exogenous variables to endogenous variables. The results showed that talent management had positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, psychological contract had positive and significant impact on organizational commitment, work-life balance had positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment had positive and significant effect on employee performance, talent management had positive effect and significant on employee performance, psychological contract had positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work-life balance had positive and significant effect on employee performance. In addition, it is known that organizational commitment is proven to be an intervening for talent management and work-life balance but not for psychological contract on employee performance.
