Abstract
Employee performance is one of the key role for organization to reach their goals. Efforts to increase employee performance could be done in several ways and one of them is by using knowledge. Knowledge based economic makes knowledge becomes one of organization’s weapon in this big competition. That’s why, organization or company should prepare themselves to develop their intelectual capital that they already had with helps from organizational culture and implementation of knowledge management. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and knowledge managament to employee performance with intelectual capital as intervening variable, in Permata Medika Hospital, Semarang. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaries to 70 nurses that on their duty in hospital wards. The purposive sampling technique are used. The data testing in this research using Partial Least Square analysis tool in testing path coefficient, and direct and indirect influence ofendogen variable to exogen. This analysis shows that organizational culture has positive and significant influence on knowledge management also intelectual capital. Intelectual capital has positive and significant influence on employee performance. Organizational culture has no positive and significant influence on employee performance but intelectual capital could be intervening variable while in knowledge management to employee performance, intelectual capital couldn’t be intervening variable.
