FENOMENA PENERIMAAN DENGAN PENGHINDARAN DALAM PENERAPAN SISTEM BARU PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN PADA PTN-BH (Studi Kasus Di Universitas Diponegoro)

Abstract

Diponegoro University has established a financial pattern as a Legal Entity State University. Which financial manager is used. So those who use the system are different responses or changes to each financial manager. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the response and response of what is done in PTN-BH. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach conducted at Diponegoro University. The informants interviewed consisted of Deputy Dean II, Head of Sub-Division of Finance and Personnel, Expenditure Treasurer, Employee Advances, RKAT Operators, RSA Operators in two faculties. Research results that show a response in actions that are used to overcome difficulties, from passive to active, from unconscious to being in control, have nothing to do with more than can be done as well as .webs.com.
