Abstract
Telah dilakukan pengujian opendaylight controller dengan menggunakan metode prority queue M/G/1 pada local datacenter, sehingga diperoleh hasil perhitungan waktu tunggu dalam sistem secara real-time. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengambil data bandwidth pada jaringan komputer openflow dan jaringan yang berprotokol TCP/IP pada waktu yang berbeda dengan tingkat kepadatan jaringan yang identik. Selanjutnya hasil perhitungan dibandingkan dan didapatkan sebuah analisa bahwa protokol openflow yang menggunakan opendaylight sebagai controller memiliki selisih latency sebesar 13.658 ms atau meningkat 37.61% dan nilai jitter meningkat 9% atau memiliki selisih 0.04 ms dibandingkan dengan jaringan komputer yang menggunakan protokol TCP/IP. Paket data yang dikirimkan meningkat tiga kali lipat dari jaringan tradisional berprotokol TCP/IP. Informasi yang dihasilkan pada sistem menunjukkan bahwa dengan metode priority queue mampu mengevaluasi dan meningkatkan kinerja jaringan komputer. Selanjutnya perlu dilakukan penelitian tentang tingkat durabilitas perangkat keras pada server controller dengan tingkat kepadatan jaringan pada datacloud. Kata Kunci : Software Defined Networking, openflow, controller, opendaylight, priorty queue. Research of opendaylight controller using priority queue M/G/1 in the local datacenter has been done with waiting time calculation as a results obtained in the system in real-time. Research done by retreiving the data bandwidth on a computers network that openflow that uses the TCP/IP protocol at different times with identical network density level. Furthermore the results of the calculations are compared and obtain an analysis that openflow protocol that uses opendaylight as the controller has a difference in latency 37.61% or increased 13.658ms and the value of jitter increased 9% or have difference 0.04ms compared between computer network that use the TCP/IP protocol. The data package submitted increased threefold from traditional network that use the TCP/IP protocol. The information generated on the sytem shows that the priority queue is able to evaluate and improve the performance of computer network. Further research needs to be done about the level of durability of the hardware on the server with the network density level controller on datacloud.
