The results showed a decrease in the level of stress before primigravida was performed mindfulness 3.3% of mothers experienced mild stress, 70.0% of mothers experienced moderate stress, 26.7% of mothers experienced severe stress, after being given mindfulness training in the post test as much as 20.0% mild stress, 66.7% moderate stress and 13.3% severe stress. This shows the effect of mindfulness which is significant on reducing stress levels of primigravida mothers with p-value = 0,000 (p-value <0.05).
