AGEN PENGADAAN DAN USULAN IMPLEMENTASINYA

Abstract

Presidential Regulation No. 16 of 2018 on Procurement of Government Goods / Services was introduced to the existence of procurement agents. Through the procurement agency is the expected target value for money in the procurement of goods/services the government can achieve. The procurement agent model consists of a variety of Traditional Roles or Independent Procurement Agent. Implementation of selected procurement agency models by Ministries / Agencies and Local Government needs analysis and review. Keywords: procurement agent, value for money Abstrak Peraturan Presiden Nomor 16 Tahun 2018 tentang Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah dikenalkan adanya agen pengadaan. Melalui agen pengadaan diharapkan target value for money dalam pengadaan barang/jasa pemerintah dapat tercapai. Model agen pengadaan terdiri dua macam yaitu The Traditional Role atau The Independent Procurement Agent. Implementasi model agen pengadaan yang dipilih oleh Kementerian/Lembaga/ Pemerintah Daerah perlu analisa dan kaji ulang. Kata kunci: agen pengadaan, value for money
