Abstract

Each of every firms crave for an increase in their sales. There are many ways to achieve that.Good sales could be use to figure out how good our firms compete with the others. this research weremade to find out the impact of the product quality, service quality and how customer trust affect their buying decision in CV. Bhakti Jaya. Using purposive sampling as the method to spread questionnaire to 100 people as participants of CV. Bhakti Jaya consumer. The correspondent must be qualified the terms, which have made at least two amount of purchases in Bhakti Jaya. This research improve a theoritical model and using three hypothesis which will be tested using SPSS analysis method regression analysis. This research shows that: 1. Product quality has possitive impact against buying decision as much as 57,1%, 2. Service quality has possitive impact significantly against buying decision as much as 16,2% and, 3. Brand trust has possitive impact significantly against buying decision as much as 16,2%.
