Abstract

His study aims to construct a theoretical model to explain the effects: the advantage information technology, network member interests symmetric, symmetric network member of the interests of supply chain performance, symmetric network members interests against environmental adaptability, interest symmetric network member of the low cost leadership, environmental adaptability . on supply chain performance, low cost leadership on the performance of the supply chain, advantage information technology on the performance of the supply chain. The research model was developed based on the theories princple agency, transaction cost analysis, resource dependence, and networking. The new concept in this intensive search is symmetric network members' interests, which is the common interest of members of the network established through common dependence, similarities transparency and standardization of common potentially improve supply chain performance. Sampling technique using census method. Date collected from a survey of 175 managers / owners / managers of SMEs in the region Textile Tangerang Banten Province. The seventh hypothesis testing proposed in the study based on the value of Critical Ratio (CR) causality. The results of the calculation of the criterion of goodness of fit in AMOS 18 shows that confirmatory analysis and Structural Equation Modeling in this study can be accepted as a model fit to the value. Statistical test results showed that the advantage of information technology has a positive and significant effect on symmetric interests of members of the network, a network member has an interest symmetric positive and significant impact on the environment adaptability and low cost leadership, symmetric network members' interests, adaptabilitan environment, and low cost leadership have the positive and significant impact on the performance of the supply chain, as well as advantage information technology has a positive effect but no significant effect on the performance of the supply chain.
