ANALISIS BENTUK DAN MAKNA ONOMATOPE YANG BERBUNYI PANJANG PADA KOMIK マンガにおける長音化のオノマトペの形態と意味の分析

Keywords : prolongation of sound, onomatopoeia, structure, meaning The purpose of this study is to describe structure and meaning of prolonged sound of Japanese onomatopoeia. The data of this study are based on comic of Kocchimuite! Miiko and Meitantei Conan. The collected onomatopoeia is the onomatopoeia placed outside the word’s balloon. The method of approaching data used in this study is descriptive approach. Meanwhile, the method of collecting data is simak method with sadap and catat technique. The method of analyzing data used is agih method with bagi unsur langsung technique. Data were analyzed by using theory of Miharu Akimoto as reference to analyze the structure and meaning of prolonged sound of Japanese onomatopoeia. After that, the result is served using informal presentation method. Based on the result of study, shows that the most dominant structure is prolongation of sound. And the most dominant meaning is imitation sound of things.
