Decreased levels of estrogen and progesterone in menopausal women cause the onset of symptoms and symptoms that can affect menopausal women. Dissatisfaction with self-detection can affect one's self-esteem. A realistic, consistent, and stable (positive) self-image capable of encouraging and improving a person's quality of life is also negative. This study aims to determine the relationship with the quality of life of menopausal women in the village of Kramas. This research is a non-experimental quantitative research with cross sectional method. Sampling technique used cluster sampling technique. The number of samples at this time were 76 respondents. The research instrument used a questionnaire Scale Body Image to measure MENQOL levels and questionnaires to determine the level of quality of life of menopausal women. That data obtained were analyzed using Spearman Rank statistical test. The results showed there was a relationship between the quality of self-menopausal women with the value p = 0.000 (<0.05).
