Gambaran Tingkat Kecemasan pada Peremouan dalam Menghadapi Premenopause di Desa Kedawung,Kecamatan Banyuputih, Kabupaten Batang 2017

Abstract

Premenopause is the period before menopause which can be marked by the emergence of complaints and periods of irregular menstrual bleeding, this period begins around the age of 40 years. The anxiety that arises in women who are premenopausal is often associated with anxiety in the face of a situation that had never experienced before. The aim of this study is to determine women anxiety level in facing premenopause in Kedawung Village, Banyuputih Subdistrict, Batang Regency. This research is quantitative descriptive. Simple random sampling technique was used and there were 236 respondents. Questionnaire by anxiety levels was used which were associated with symptoms involved that occur in the menopausal period. Data were analyzed by the frequency distribution. The results of this study indicated that the women anxiety level in faces premenopausal by using anxiety level assessment. The result that there was no anxiety as much as 111 respondents (47.0%), mild anxiety 103 respondents (43.6%), moderate anxiety 18 respondents (7.7%) and severe anxiety as many as 4 respondents (1.7%). Women in facing premenopause in Kedawung Village Banyuputih District Batang District mostly experience anxieity that is as much as 125 respondents (53.0%).
