Abstract

Universitas Diponegoro Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Program Studi Magister Ilmu Kesehatan Masyarakat Konsentrasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kesehatan 2017 ABSTRAK Lina Khasanah Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Imunisasi dan Distribusi Vaksin untuk Mendukung Evaluasi Program di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Brebes xvi + 130 halaman + 31 tabel + 15 gambar + 11 lampiran Penerapan teknologi informasi pada pengelolaan data kesehatan memerlukan perhatian dan kerangka konseptual secara menyeluruh. Hal ini juga diperlukan pada proses evaluasi program imunisasi di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Brebes. Penyediaan informasi yang interpretatif dan tepat waktu sangat dibutuhkan sejalan dengan perkembangan teknologi. Tujuan penelitian mengembangkan sistem informasi imunisasi dan distribusi vaksin untuk mendukung evaluasi program di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Brebes. Pengembangan sistem berdasarkan langkah-langkah FAST (framework for the application of systems techniques). Jenis penelitian ini adalah actions research berupa pengembangan sistem. Variabel penelitiannya meliputi input, proses, ouput serta variabel pada evaluasi sistem menggunakan Post Study System Usability Questionnaire. Metode pengolahan data hasil wawancara dan observasi dengan menggunakan analisis isi, untuk analisis ujicoba sistem menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Sistem informasi imunisasi yang dihasilkan terdiri dari komponen input, proses dan output yang mampu mencakup kebutuhan pelaporan program imunisasi dan evaluasi program imunisasi melalui pemetaan wilayah. Hasil ujicoba sistem secara keseluruhan menghasilkan skor 69,06%, kegunaan sistem menghasilkan skor 65,09%, kualitas informasi menghasilkan skor 71,12% dan kualitas antarmuka menghasilkan skor 71,67%. Berdasarkan tabel penyesuaian kriteria Likert maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem informasi imunisasi ini “layak” untuk diimplementasikan. This is also required in a process of immunisation program evaluation at Brebes Regency Health Office (RHO). Providing information that is easy to interpret and timely is needed in accordance with a technology development. This study aimed at developing information system of immunisation and vaccine distribution to support program evaluation at Brebes RHO. The system development was based on the steps of FAST (Framework for the Application of System Techniques). This was an action research by developing a system. Research variables consisted of input, process, and output. Meanhwile, variables of system evaluation used Post Study System Usability Questionnaire. Data collected from interview and observation were analysed using content analysis. In addition, data from examining the system were analysed descriptively. The resulted Information system of immunisation encompassed components of input, process, and output that covered necessities of reporting the immunisation program and evaluating the immunisation program through area mapping. Overall, the score resulted from examining the system was equal to 69.06%. The score of the benefit of the system was 65.09%. The score of the system quality was 71.12%. The score of interface quality was 71.67%. Based on the adjusted table of Likert Criteria, the resulted information system of immunisation was feasible to be applied.
