ANALISIS PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL, DAN PEMBERIAN SANKSI TERHADAP DISIPLIN PEMAIN (Studi pada Venus Futsal Academy Semarang)

Abstract

In the team of sports properly requires management of human resources in order to reach achievement. The futsal team contains individuals who have diverse characters. Naturally, humans want to free without being bound by certain things, therefore the players must be given a treatment let increases discipline in the attitude of the players. This study aimed to analyze the effect of leadership, organizational commitment, and sanction to player discipline on Venus Futsal Academy Semarang. The population used in this study were 52 players of Venus Futsal Academy Semarang. The technique sampling used is purposive sampling technique. Data collection used by questionnaire method.The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. In the classical assumption, there are no symptoms multicoloniarity, does not occur heterocedastity, and normal distribution of data. The variables of discipline in effected by variables of leadership, commitment and sanction amounting to 77,6%. The results appeared that leadership, commitment, and sanction has positive and significant effect to player discipline on Venus Futsal Academy Semarang.
