Abstract

This study aimed the effects among of supply chain management practices on supply chain performance with supply chain integration as a mediator. This study uses supply chain management practices as independent variable, supply chain integration as intervening variable, and supply chain performance as a dependent variable. This study focused on census study, by taking the entire population of micro and small-scale enterprises as the sample of this study, which is registered in Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Semarang City. The sample in this study amounted to 140 respondents who, all of them are micro, small and medium-scale enterprises that produce processed-food made from milkfish (Chanos-Chanos). This study was tested by analysis tool Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), which was analyzed by developing a theoretical model using three hypotheses that operated using computing program AMOS 22.0. Based on the result of 129 data processing by using SEM, the theoretical model formed has fulfilled the criteria of goodness of fit as follows, Chi-square = 109.773; probability = 0.076; CMIN / DF = 1,225; GFI = 0.900; AGFI = 0.862; TLI = 0.969; CFI = 0.974; RMSEA = 0.042, and degree of freedom (DF) = 87. Based on the results obtained, then the model declared as eligible as to be used. The result of hypothesis-testing showed that all hypothesis have a positive effect. The results of mediation testing also indicated a significant influence that, intervening variables, supply chain integration positively influenced as a mediator for supply chain management practices and supply chain performance. Keywords: supply chain management practices, supply chain integration, supply chain performance.
