Abstract

This study aims to determine of compensation, organizational commitment and motivation affect to performance of employees at PT. Dimas Utama. This research is motivated by the existence of research gap from previous research, where there is a difference of result between researcher one with the others. Population in this research is employees of PT. Dimas Utama. Samples taken as many as 52 respondents using saturated sampling technique. Sampling where all members of the population are selected to be sampled. The method of analysis used is multiple linear regression. Based on statistical data analysis, there was found that compensation, organizational commitment and motivation had a positive and significant impact on the performance of PT. Dimas Utama. The variable that has the greatest influence is compensation variable of 0.417, and the least influencing variable is the organizational commitment variable of 0.264.
