Gambaran Dukungan Keluarga dan Tingkat Kepatuhan Penderita Pasca Stroke dalam Mengikuti Rehabilitasi di Unit Rehabilitasi RSUD K.R.M.T Wongsonegoro

Limitations are due to the sharing of physical and cognitive problems experienced by post-stroke patients. Efforts that can be done are to restore the condition post-stroke patients with a rehabilitation program. Post-stroke patients doing rehabilitation cannot be separated from the support provided by the family. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of family support and adherence of post-stroke patients undergoing rehabilitation. This research used a quantitative descriptive survey research. The sampling technique used is consecutive sampling. Respondents of this study were 95 post-stroke patients who underwent rehabilitation in Rehabilitation Unit of RSUD K.R.M.T Wongsonegoro. The results showed that 88.4% of respondents had supportive support for families, 88% of respondents were obedient in carrying out therapy at home and 72.1% of respondents were obedient in carrying out rehabilitation at the hospital. Researchers suggest patients with post-stroke to improve adherence in rehabilitation so as to minimize disability and optimize healing.
