Abstract

The role of food stalls as a small part of the support of building construction work of the state cannot be ruled out. The area of the food stalls is outside the schematic discussion of construction management. Food stalls provided by contractors can be used to manage a construction workforce diet. Food stalls have a positive profit value in supporting the construction work of state buildings that provide consumption and dining room, support the health standards of construction services and supervise the construction workforce.
