ANALISIS PENGARUH FAKTOR LINGKUNGAN KELUARGA, TOLERANSI AKAN RESIKO DAN KEBUTUHAN BERPRESTASI TERHADAP MINAT WIRAUSAHA MAHASISWA (Studi pada Mahasiswa Departemen Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis Universitas Diponegoro)

Abstract

The growing of interest in college students to start entrepreneur action is not only implementing knowledge of economy and business, but also to bring up a student who made entrepreneurs as career choices after graduation. This study able to analyze the influence of family environment, the risk of tolerance and the needs for achievement against entrepreneurial interest on management department students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Diponegoro University. The population used in this study are management department students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Diponegoro University period 2014–2016 who have taken entrepreneurship courses. The Sampling method of the research were taken by using the purposive sampling technique. The number of samples used was 88 students. The data analysisis method which used was the double regression analysis by SPSS 2.3. The result of this research showed that the impact of first variable family environment, the second variable risk of tolerance and the third variable needs for achievement is positive and significant on entrepreneurial interest
