Abstract
General (ret ) Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono is an Indonesian retired military general and statesman as well as the sixth President of Indonesia, He was elected two years ago by 62 percent of voters in the country's first direct election for the presidency, in which he defeated incumbent President Megawati Sukarnopuri. He was sworn into office on 20 October 2004, togheter with Jusuf Kalla as President.
