Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of consumer focus, continuous improvement, employee training, leadership and strategic planning on operational performance. A total of 100 managers or owners of Foodstuff Industry in Semarang City serves as an object in this study. Sampling technique from this research use non probability sampling. Data obtained by conducting a survey of 100 owners or managers of Household Food Industry in Semarang City. Data analysis was done by using multiple regression analysis with SPSS program. The results of hypothesis testing show that of the five hypotheses are all accepted. The hypothesis is the first hypothesis (there is a significant influence between the focus on the consumer on operational performance), the second hypothesis (there is a significant influence between continuous improvement of operational performance), the third hypothesis (there is a significant influence between training on employees on operational performance) fourth (there is a significant influence between leadership on operational performance) and lastly the fifth hypothesis (there is a significant influence between strategic planning of operational performance)
