ANALISIS PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN DAERAH PADA DINAS PENGELOLAAN SUMBER DAYA AIR PROVINSI JAWA TENGAH TAHUN 2014

Abstract

Enactment of regional autonomy since the issuance of number law number 22 year 1999 which subsequently replace by law number 23 year 2014 about local government, and then the delegation of authority to implement this government affairs, followed by the mandate of law number 33 of 2004 on the financial balance between the central government and local government. In relation of the delivery of financing, the central government issues several legislation relating to the planning, implementation, and accountability of regional financial management. Related to the management of local finance, local government set the APBD which is a description of the plan of revenve and expenditure area every one budget year. Furthermore at the end of each fiscal year, local government area required to prepare financial statements as a form of local financial management responsibility for a period. Writing method used in this thesis research is data collection that is by interview technique by asking directly to informant or party concerned. The result of this study indicate that the management of any organization be said accountable if the implementation of its activities have included the right objectives, develop the standart needed to achive the goal, apply standart usage and develop the organization and operation standards effectively and efficiently.
