Abstract
In this increasingly advanced era, forcing various the company must be able to improve the quality of its products or services in accordance with what the company provides to be able to afford various main purposes of society which one of them is water clean, followed by high use of clean water. By looking at the situation to fulfill the public need for clean water is needed the existence of a company that has the capacity and professional to provide good service and quality with regard to the provision of clean water to a wide audience and necessary for introducing the services of the company in the hope of the public willing using the services offered by the company. The goal of this research is to know what forms of service are provided by PDAM Tirto Negoro of Sragen Regency, to know the ability of PDAM Tirto Negoro in providing services and how the steps of service are on PDAM Tirto Negoro of Sragen regency, to know the complaint at PDAM Tirto Negoro of Sragen Regency and any problems or obstacles faced by PDAM Tirto Negoro of Sragen Regency in provide services, to know the steps - steps or efforts overcoming obstacles that exist in PDAM Tirto Negoro Regency Sragen. The existing service system at PDAM Tirto Negoro Sragen Regency aims to organize, give the company ease in deliver the services provided, and provide appropriate services with quality standard of service. Based on the results of research on the service system at PDAM Tirto Negoro Sragen Regency can be concluded, Tirto Negoro PDAM Sragen Regency has provided good service. But still enough complaints from customers about the service provided by PDAM Tirto Negoro of Sragen Regency.
