ALOKASI ANGGARAN PEMBINAAN DAN PELATIHAN ATLET DAERAH PROVINSI JAWA TENGAH TAHUN 2016

Abstract

Development and development of sports achievements undertaken by the Central Government together with the Regional Government as a form of seriousness towards the development of National Sports. To increase the potential of regional athletes in order to achieve achievement in the national and international arena is proposed program of training and training that is systematic, planned, sustainable and modern. A good athlete coaching and training course requires a lot of budget. Government Regulation Number 18 Year 2007 regarding sports funding is a legal umbrella in the allocation of sports budget. In this case, the Central Java Provincial Government shall allocate sports funds only for sport activities. This research is conducted to know the Pengalokasian Budget of Training and Training of Regional Athletes of Central Java Province in the Year 2016, using qualitative descriptive method. While the method of data collection is done through interviews, documentation, and literature study both literature and online The results of the research indicate that the Allocation of Regional Development and Training Fund of Central Java Provinces in the Year 2016 is in accordance with Government Regulation Number 18 Year 2007 regarding sports funding, used for the organization of sports culture and sporting, sports competition, PPLPD, development of regional superior sport, and development of recreational sports areas. Nevertheless found the problem that is, still lack of sports budget and still lack of understanding of administration and financial technical guidance. It should be necessary to add budget and a thorough understanding of financial administration and financial administration in order not to result in inhibition of disbursement of sports funds.
