MEKANISME PEMBERIAN IZIN PERUBAHAN PENGGUNAAN TANAH PERTANIAN KE NON PERTANIAN UTUK PT DUA KELINCI DI KANTOR PERTANAHAN KABUPATEN PATI

Abstract

The need for more diverse land, it is encouraging the occurrence of land use change and become an interesting phenomenon. one of which changes the use of agricultural land to non agriculture in district Pati, the change is generally a settlement or land industry, changes in use should not be done haphazardly and should be obtain permission from the authorized government. District Government Starch has the authority and obligation to manage the resources that are in its territory, one of which concerns the use and designation of the land. It is expected that from this research can provide related knowledge with changes in land use, knowing the mechanism's picture changes in land use by PT Dua Kelinci in Pati Regency in effect especially for the industrial area, and also know clearly how the mechanism of granting permits for changes in agricultural land use to non agriculture for industry in Land Office of Pati Regency. This final project discusses the description of how the procedure government (Land Office of Pati Regency) gives technical consideration to the application of changes in the use of agricultural land to non-agricultural for PT Dua Kelinci. Where the procedure begins with acceptance and examination of application files accompanied by payment at the Land Office counter Kabupaten Pati and ending with recording of land use change. Implementation of the procedure of changing the use of agricultural land to non agriculture in the research sites is considered to be effective, but should be at agendakan counseling regarding the importance of permit changes in land use especially for industrial areas, also required supervision of the permit has been given whether the permit is used as it should, and sanctions applied when the license is not used properly.
