Gambaran Pemenuhan Kebutuhan Tidur pada Anak Usia Bawah Lima Tahun yang Terpasang Infus di RSUD Pandan Arang Boyolali

Abstract

Hospitalization is the critical condition while children take care in the hospital, so they have to take any adaptation with hospital environment. During the hospitalization process not all children will get an infusion action, but most children will get liquid parenteral therapy and experience of invasive procedure that can cause many disorder like sleep disorder. The purpose of the study was to know The Overview of Sleeping Needs Compliance of Under Five Years with Infusion in RSUD Pandan Arang Boyolali. The study was descriptive survey method and use consecutive sampling technique with total samples as many as 130 respondents. The result of the study showed that most of 96.9% children under five years experienced sleep disorder. Children under five years rarely get enough time to sleep to fill the quality and quantity of sleep needs.
