Efektivitas Lama Wakyu Kontak Antiseptik Irgasan DP300 0,1% Dalam Menurunkan Angka Kuman pada Tangan Petugas Kesehatan di Instalasi RS Panti Wilasa Citarum.

Abstract

Infeksi nosokomial merupakan infeksi yang disebabkan oleh kuman dan didapat selama berada di Rumah sakit.Penyebab terbanyak dari kejadiaan infeksi nosokomial tersebut adalah adanya tranmisi kuman dari tangan petugas kesehatan ke penderita atau dari penderita ke tangan petugas rumah sakit. Prosedur cuci tangan yang efektif dengan menggunakan antiseptik irgasan DP300 o,1% akan sangat bermanfaat untuk mencegah terjadinya transmisi kuman dari satu tangan petugas kesehatan ke tangan orang lain. Rata-rata lama waktu kontak antiseptik irgasan DP 300 terhadap kuman dari 4 jam dengan cakupan aktivitas kimiawi intermidiate terhadap kuman. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan irgasan DP 300 0,1% sebagai antiseptik.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di Instalasi perawatan RS Panti Wilasa Citarum dengan metode quasi experimentterhadap 50 orang perawat dan asisten perawat ditemukan bahwa rata-rata jumlah angka kuman pra perlakuan berkisar 8773,66 koloni/cc,rata-rata jumlah angka kuman post perlakuan dengan antiseptik irgasan DP 300 0,1% pada 0 jam 1.255,96 koloni/cc,1 jam 2.273,32 koloni/cc, 2 jam 3.467,52 koloni/cc, 3 jam 4.875,86 koloni/cc, 4 jam 7.624,32 koloni/cc dan 5 jam berkisar 8.755,54 koloni/cc. Ada pebedaan efektivitas pemakaian antiseptik irgasan DP 300,0,1% dalam menurunkan angka kuman pada tangan petugas kesehatan di Intstalasi perawatan RS Panti Wilasa Citarum. Waktu kontak 0 jam menunjukkan signifikan (p=0,0001) terhadap waktu kontak lainnya dalam menurunkan angka kuman pada tangan petugas kesehatan. Abstract Nosocomial infection is the infection which is caused by microbes and can be obtained during the stay in the hospital. The most cause of the nosokomial infection is that the transmition of the microbes from the hands of the paramedics to the patient or on the opposite.The good washing-hands procedures by using the antiseptic irgasan DP 300 0,1% will be useful to prevent the microbes transmition from the paramedics hands to other hands. The average contact time of the Antiseptic Irgasan DP 300 to the microbes is less than 4 hours with the intermediatte chemestry activity entailment to the microbes. The purposes of this observation is to know long term contact effectivity and to analize the efectivity of the irgasan DP 300 0,1% as an antiseptic. Based on the observation of the Panti Wilasa Citarum Hospital Nursing Departement by using the quasi experimentmethod among 50 samples of nurses and nurse assistans. It is found that the average number of microbes pre washing-hands around 8.773,66 colony/cc, the average number of microbes post washing-hands by Antiseptic Irgasan DP 300 0,1% on the 0 hour is 1.255,96 colony/cc,on the firts hour is 2.273,32 colony/cc, on the second hours 3.467,52 colony/cc on the third hours 4.875,86 colony/cc,on the fourth hours 7.624,32 colony/cc and on the fifth hours around 8.755,54 colony/cc. There is difference on the effectivity of using this antiseptic on reducing the microbes number in the hands of Panti Wilasa Citarum Hospital's paramedics and the contact time of 0 hour is significant (p=0,0001) in reducing the number of microbes on the hands of the paramedics.
